As the Creative Strategist for Nike's newest high school basketball platform in New York City, I played a pivotal role in shaping the platform's overall theme and creative direction. Drawing on my experience in marketing and branding, as well as unique athlete insights, I carefully analyzed the brand's existing campaign to identify areas for optimization, with the goal of better connecting with the local high school basketball community. One of my key contributions was developing a unique naming convention that captured the essence of Nike's basketball messaging while resonating with the local community. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with the director to bring the final vision for the video content to life, leveraging my expertise in branding and marketing to create a cohesive and compelling platform. The end result strongly resonated with both Nike's core values and the unique culture and identity of the local high school basketball community in New York City, and my role as Creative Strategist was instrumental in helping Nike establish a strong presence in the competitive New York City high school basketball market.
